For this extraordinary evening, George will curate a bespoke four-course menu especially for Encountr guests, inspired by the refined traditions of French cuisine and his own modern sensibility. David Alexander, Co-Founder of Encountr and Mathieu Germond of Noizé will guide guests through the wine pairings.
