100% Chardonnay. Fresh, yet full bodied, with the most beautiful mousse and small bubbles forming perfect strings, the colour is pale yet full of vibrancy, not too yellow at all. Jasmine, butterscotch, touch of lemon peel, biscuit, this has it all. Perfect poise and balance.
