On the palate, this Champagne is fresh and lively, led by vibrant citrus flavours and followed by notes of pear and dried grapes. The finish is complex and beautifully persistent, revealing subtle hints of liquorice. An elegant and versatile Champagne, it is perfect as an aperitif and pairs particularly well with white fish and creamy sauces.
