Grown on very old schist, the nose reveals a refined, mineral character. The palate is textured from six months in demi-muid barrels with real depth and lees complexity carrying through with fine acidity. Long and layered on the finish. A rare, single-parcel Collioure white, wonderful with lobster or a rich fish dish.
