Crystalline and detailed, the nose reveals grapefruit and lime with a hint of white pepper. The palate has real concentration without heaviness and a mineral precision with a saline twist carrying through. Long and mineral on the finish, with amazing precision. A lovely, organic single-parcel Collioure white, wonderful with lobster or a rich fish dish.
