Fresh citrus and mineral notes lead a refined, organic nose from old Grenache Gris vines on dark schist. The palate is crystalline and precise with real concentration carrying through and a saline, mineral twist. Long and layered on the finish. A rare, organic single-parcel Collioure white, lovely with roast chicken or shellfish.
