Garnet red with purple highlights, the nose reveals wild dark berry notes of blackcurrant, blackberry and mineral graphite underscored by smooth oakiness. The palate is soft and well-balanced with fine, tight tannins carrying real mineral tautness. Long-lasting on the finish with lovely dark berry notes. A distinctive granite-soil Saint-Joseph, lovely with lamb or soft cheeses.
