flavourful and inspired, the nose exhibits stone fruit, wild herbs and hints of raw almond. The palate is medium-bodied with a mineral core and plenty of drive carrying through. Long and stony on the finish. A serious, terroir-driven Saint-Joseph white, lovely with roasted white meats or shellfish.
