The five-country white wine passport that sold out in Covent Garden returns to Vinoly's Marylebone dining room, with canapés from Executive Chef Rob Weston.

Five wines, five countries, one evening — but the real story here is what happens on the plate alongside each glass.

You'll travel from Kleine Zalze's Chenin Blanc in South Africa to a Riesling from Schieferkopf in Alsace, a Spanish Albariño from CVNE, a Pinot Gris from New Zealand's Esk Valley, and a sophisticated Viognier from the esteemed French maison M. Chapoutier — five aromatic whites chosen to show how differently a grape can express its origin, each paired with a canapé built specifically to bring that character forward.

The pairings are created by Executive Chef Rob Weston, whose experience spans some of the UK's most celebrated Michelin-starred kitchens, served in Vinoly's private dining room in Marylebone. The evening opens with a Champagne welcome from Maison Champagne Poirot. In partnership with Fever. Thoughtfully curated, effortlessly enjoyed.
