A fresh, refined nose of mineral notes, elderflower and subtle spice, with hints of citrus and white fruit. The palate is lively and precise, opening with bright citrus before becoming rounder and silkier, with flavours of white peach and a delicate creamy texture. Long, rich and beautifully balanced, with a lingering mineral finish.
