Noizé Unlocked

Not dinner at Noizé — dinner with Noizé. Owner Mathieu Germond and Head Chef George Farrugia hosted a four-course evening built for Encountr alone, paired course by course with Michel Chapoutier. 

This wasn't simply dinner at Noizé. On 12 May 2026, owner Mathieu Germond welcomed Encountr guests personally into the intimate French restaurant he built in the heart of Fitzrovia, alongside Head Chef George Farrugia at his most personal.

George curated a bespoke four-course menu for the evening, inspired by classic French technique and his own modern instincts.

Every course was paired with Michel Chapoutier wines — Chante-Alouette, Cornas and Crozes-Hermitage among them — with David Alexander, Encountr's co-founder, and Mathieu guiding guests through each pairing personally.

Seating was arranged so no one's night was rushed, or split across separate tables.

This was Noizé at its most intimate, and Mathieu Germond and George Farrugia at their most personal.

It sold out in partnership with Fever and won't return in this exact form — but it's exactly the kind of evening Encountr keeps building.
