Encountr has the ability to gather wine lovers together at events, dinners, tastings, and then our team can engage with them. So they get a real in-depth understanding of various wine regions around the world and various wine projects that they can't experience on their own.

From my experience, as I'm a pretty tough customer, I find that Encountr actually know what I want and what I like. And as with wine and with food, it's a subjective thing. So if somebody can actually understand what my needs are and what I like and not just match them, but exceed all expectations, to me, that's not somebody I'm letting go of quickly.

David is a knowledgeable and welcoming host who guides you through the tasting in a relaxed, informative and convivial manner. The food paired well with the wines, and we enjoyed meeting some like-minded fellow guests. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic evening with David! His knowledge of wine is second to none, and you can tell from the way he talks about it that wine is a true passion of his. It was great hearing some of his stories about where wine has taken him, whilst learning some tips on how to better taste wine and enjoy it. We couldn't recommend this enough and hope to be back tasting wine with David and Encountr soon!
